Staples Now Open in Baybrook Passage

HOUSTON, TX - Staples has leased 20,388 square feet in Baybrook Passage at the northeast corner of Bay Area Boulevard and Interstate 45 South. Scott Shillings and Matt Strange of Staubach Retail's Houston office represented the tenant. Michael Thum of The Woodmont Company represented the landlord, Passage Realty.
