The Woodmont Company Closes Deals

FORT WORTH, TX - College textbook dealer Textbook Brokers has leased 2,200 SF of space in Harwood Plaza at 8423 Grapevine Highway in North Richland Hills. The store will open this summer. The lease transaction was handled by Bryan Dyer with The Woodmont Company and Ross McCook with John T. Evans.
In another deal, Dyer brokered the lease of 2,225 SF of space for Lone Star Mattress, opening at Crossroads Village, 5198 Rufe Snow Road in North Richland Hills.
Jennifer Frank and Heidi Leporowski with The Woodmont Company and Fremon Baker with Trademark Real Estate and Development Company brokered a 4,715 SF lease for rue21, a new apparel store opening in Alliance Town Center.
