Shoe Pavilion in Rockwall

Rockwall, TX - Shoe Pavilion Inc. has leased 17,264 square-feet from The Woodmont Company for a store in the Plaza at Rockwall, near the southwest corner of Interstate 30 and State Highway 205 in Rockwall. Dorinda Cavender of Woodmont negotiated the lease with Darrel Hernandez and J.D. Robertson of United Commercial Realty.
