Ardor Apparel and VIP Tan Opening in May

FORT WORTH, TX - Two new tenants have signed on for space in the Western Center Marketplace shopping center in Fort Worth and plan to open in May 2008. Ardor Apparel has leased 1,500 square feet and VIP Tan has leased 2,005 square feet. Brokers: Kornel Romada of The Woodmont Company negotiated Ardor Apparel lease. Romada and Brady Barnett, also of Woodmont, negotiated the VIP Tan lease.
