Bakersfield Gateway, this 93-acre site located in Bakersfield, California is a proposed 1 million square feet of retail including major anchors, shop spaces, restaurant sites and pad sites. This development is strategically located at the NEQ of State Highway 99 and Hosking Avenue which will have a new full interchange offering excellent access and visibility.
Bob Evans Portfolio, comprises of (9) high-profile freestanding retail locations in Texas. Each property is positioned with excellent visibility and large volume of daily traffic counts. Arlington - 1.094 acres of land with a 5,120 SF building. Austin - 1.49 acres of land with a 6,135 SF building. Farmers Branch - .971 acres of land with a 6,227 SF building. It is located in the northeast section of Odessa, Texas very near the east freeway entrance to the city and two blocks from Music City Mall. Other tenants include Kohl's, Best Buy, ULTA, Marshalls, Kirkland's, Jo-ann, and Lane Bryant.
Cityview, is a 248-acre mixed-use development featuring Super Target, Costco, Babies “R” Us, Staples and others in southwest Fort Worth, Texas.
Cottonwood Corners, is a 218,024 SF retail development in northwest Albuquerque, New Mexico, in proximity to Cottonwood Mall. Anchors in Cottonwood Corners include Barnes & Noble, Toys“R”Us, Best Buy, OfficeMax and Michaels Arts & Crafts.
Courtyard at Midland Park, an 80,000 SF retail and office center in Midland, Texas.
Cranberry Commons, is a 550,000 SF regional shopping center located in greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Retailers include Target, Kohl’s Department Store, Lowe’s, T.J.Maxx, Staples, Famous Footwear, PetSmart and Family Christian Bookstore.
Eastgate Shopping Center, is a 306,000 SF community-shopping center located in Wichita, Kansas, across from the Towne East Square Mall. Retailers include T.J.Maxx, Toys“R”Us, Burlington Coat Factory, OfficeMax and David’s Bridal. This was WOODMONT’s first major renovation.
Elk Lakes Shopping Center, is a 200,000 SF retail project located in southwestern Greeley, Colorado. Retailers include The Home Depot, PetSmart, Pier 1 Imports, Office Depot and Car Toys.
Fossil Creek, is a 128,000 SF shopping center located in Fort Worth, Texas. Retailers include Albertsons, McDonald’s, Taco Cabana and Radio Shack.
Grant Creek Town Center, is a 220,000 SF shopping center developed in Missoula, Montana. Ross, T.J. Maxx, R.E.I. and Famous Footwear are anchors.
Greenbriar Shopping Center, is a 68,000 SF shopping center in Duncanville, Texas. Minyard’s anchored the center with approximately 24,000 SF of local space.
Harbison Court, is a 311,200 SF shopping center located in Columbia, South Carolina, across from the Columbiana Centre Mall. Retailers include: Marshall’s, Babies “R” Us, Lifeway Christian Bookstore, OfficeMax, Barnes & Noble, Hancock Fabrics, Pier 1 Imports, Shoe Carnival, Olive Garden, Chili’s and the Outback Steakhouse.
Harnett Crossing, is a 253,627 SF retail shopping center anchored by Belk, Food Lion, CVS and It’s Fashion. The former Walmart of 104,538 SF offers numerous redevelopment opportunities. Strategically located on US Highway 421 in Dunn, North Carolina, Harnett Crossing caters to an expansive regional trade area.
Harrison Crossing, is a 3.27-acre multi-tenant retail development comprised of Walgreens and Starbuck’s located in the heart of Harlingen, Texas. This high profile freestanding building is located near the Columbana Mall. This property is situated at the entry of the local regional trade district which includes major retailers such as Walmart Supercenter and Home Depot.
Houma Crossing, an 18.5-acre project located in the northeast quadrant of Highway 3040 (Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) and Corporate Drive in Houma, Louisiana. Indian Park Plaza, is a 118,600 SF neighborhood shopping center located in Phoenix, Arizona. Retailers include Smith’s Grocery.
Ingram Park Plaza, is a shopping center containing 41,465 SF of local space adjacent to Ingram Mall in San Antonio, Texas.
King’s Crossing, is a 200,000 SF retail development in Tupelo, Mississippi. Plantation Plaza, is a 15.2-acre site east of The Home Depot on Commons Drive immediately fronting U.S. Highway 98 in Destin, Florida. The development is surrounded by a vast amount of retail and a continuously growing residential community. Major anchor property tenants include: The Fresh Market and Marshall’s.
Plaza del Sol, is a 20,800 SF shopping center adjacent to the Sunrise Mall in Brownsville, Texas.
Plaza at Ridgmar, is a 150,000 SF shopping center in Fort Worth, Texas adjacent to the Ridgmar Mall. Major retailers include: Albertson’s, Best Buy, Office Depot, Applebee’s, NTB, CATO Fashions and The Mattress Firm.

Sherman Commons, is a 40-acre site located on the northeast and southeast quadrants of Highway 75 and Loy Lake Rd in Sherman, Texas. St Louis Premium Outlets - in conjunction with Simon outlets, Woodmont developed a destination outlet shopping center in the St Louis suberb of Hazelwood, MO. This modern outlet center includes 90 retailers, including Saks Off Fifth, Coach, Nike, Under Amour, and Armani Outlet.
Streetsboro Commons, is a development of over one hundred acres at a key exit (187) on the Ohio Turnpike in Streetsboro (northeastern), Ohio. This is a relatively upscale and affluent area with median household income exceeding $65,000. The major anchor property tenant is Walmart Supercenter.
Tarrant Parkway Commons, is a 272,625 SF retail development on the southern boundary of the city of Keller, Texas. Kohl’s Department Store, Michaels Arts & Crafts and The Home Depot anchor the development.
The Corners at Sunset Mall, is a 20,019 SF shopping center located on Southwest Boulevard adjacent to Sunset Mall in San Angelo, Texas.
