United Supermarkets Coming to PlanoMarch 11, 2008
Plano, TX - United Supermarkets said Monday it will build two Market Street stores in Plano next year.
The first one opens at the southwest corner of Preston Road and Park Boulevard in spring 2009 in a development by The Woodmont Company of Fort Worth.
A store at Preston Road and State Highway 121 will open later next year in the previously announced Village 121 project being developed by Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co.
The stores, each about 70,000 square feet, will be the sixth and seventh in Dallas-Fort Worth for Lubbock-based United Supermarkets.
Two stores are scheduled to open later this year in Frisco and Coppell.
