The Woodmont Company Promotes Executives and Hires More

Fort Worth, TX - The Woodmont Company’s commercial real estate success resulted in promotions for two top executives and five new additions to the team of 55 professionals serving clients on a nationwide basis.

Jennifer Frank, Executive Vice President, leads brokerage and new development leasing. With more than 14 years with Woodmont, her experience includes major market entry for Staples into Texas, major market entry into Dallas/Fort Worth for Conn’s, bringing IKEA to Dallas/Fort Worth and the greater Austin area, handling Ulta for north central Texas, and launching the middle market program for Ulta in Arkansas, along with Rue21 in four states.

Greg Rabin, Executive Vice President, will be focusing on a major development upscale development in Las Colinas. Rabin has also been instrumental in the success of Woodmont developments in Rockwall. In his 23 year career, focusing on site selection and tenant representation, he has handled 75 Pizza Hut locations, 50 GNC outlets, 40 Sylvan Learning Centers and more than 30 transactions with Staples Office Super Stores—including their entry into the Texas market.

Hunter Whitten brings 20 years combined experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate sales, land brokerage, and property management to The Woodmont Company. As Vice President, he works with local and national landlords and tenants in every phase of the commercial real estate transaction process.

Loretta Edwards joins Woodmont as Director of Marketing, with more than 13 years combined experience in marketing, writing, public relations and graphic design.

David Williams comes to The Woodmont Company as Development Manager, with more than 16 years of experience in civil engineering and construction management.

Adrian Rodriguezjoins The Woodmont Company’s brokerage team as a former founder of a local investment group. He will be handling site selection, leasing, and research in all phases of the commercial real estate transaction process.

Kornel Romada, a native of Czechoslovakia, joins The Woodmont Company’s brokerage team as the former Vice President of Wellspring Healthcare and a former USTA tennis professional. He will be handling site selection, leasing, and research in all phases of the commercial real estate transaction process.
