Rockwall Gets Chipotle Mexican Grill with Made-To-Order Tacos and Burritos

Rockwall, TX - More sour cream, less salsa? You’ve got it with the latest trend in Mexican food at the Chipotle Mexican Grill in the Rockwall Crossing Shopping Center. Located at Interstate 30 and Mimms Road in Rockwall, the opening date is planned for November 15, 2007. The 2,400 square-foot lease was handled by Dorinda Cavender of The Woodmont Company, Jay Ceitlin of The Retail Connection, and Michelle Caplan of The Weitzman Group.
